Sublation – Expansion for Playbeat 4

Description

Elegant Noise Forms

Sublation is a Playbeat expansion by KITSUNE that transforms improvisation into intricate, evolving rhythm. Rooted in glitch minimalism, ambient abstraction, and forward-leaning electronic sound design, Sublation explores the tension between chaos and control.

Each kit captures the essence of real-time performance—fragmented beats, unstable textures, and micro-rhythmic detail that continuously shift and reconfigure. Drawing from KITSUNE’s transdisciplinary practice and international residencies, the sounds feel both cinematic and tactile-like sonic snapshots of movement, space, and transformation.

Delicate clicks dissolve into fractured grooves, while sparse atmospheres bloom into complex percussive ecosystems. Designed for producers who want more than static loops, Sublation invites you to deconstruct rhythm and rebuild it into something fluid, expressive, and unmistakably your own.
