Pianoteq Kremsegg Collection 2

Description

The Historical Piano Collection 2, from the Kremsegg Schloss Museum (Austria), features four exceptional instruments from the 18th and 19th centuries. These historically important pianos are unmatched for performing music of the Classical period, while their expressive range also suits more modern compositions. The Bechstein, in particular, with a design approaching that of a modern piano, shines in jazz and contemporary music, offering both clarity and warmth.

With Pianoteq 9, each instrument benefits from the new audio engine, producing rich, evolving tones with enhanced spatial depth and lifelike resonance. Felt presets provide soft, intimate voicing for historical keyboards, and refreshed Binaural presets allow for an immersive headphones experience. These updates preserve the unique character of each instrument while adding expressive versatility through advanced physical modeling.
